Pause

Pause

Early in my body “up-grading” I walked like crazy, it filled my 4 non-gym days with exersize, alone time and time for reflection.

This morning was particularly vivid, the smell, the feel of the breeze, the fabric of my clothes, the sound of my footfalls on the pathway. I was more than just in the moment, I was living in a million dimensions savoring each transcending sensation.

Obviously I pulled out my phone & took a picture.

This prompt brought to you by the weekly photo challenge.
